“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).

RESPECT

We respect each individual as a unique and divinely-created person.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well” (Psalm 139:13-14).

TRUTHFULNESS

We agree to deliver our services in an honest and straightforward manner, and hold dear the importance of mutual honesty throughout the therapeutic process.

“Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body” (Ephesians 4:25).

EMPATHY

We practice the skill of empathy in order to gain a greater appreciation and
understanding of human struggle and triumph in this world.

“The purposes of a man’s heart are deep waters, but a man of understanding draws them out” (Proverbs 20:5).

PROFESSIONALISM

We adhere to high standards of professional counseling, which include maintaining confidentiality and protecting privacy. The integration of biblical principles with established theories of counseling occurs in a responsible manner throughout our counseling practices.
